Meet Nicole Arendsen, Founding Manager & Director
Nicole Arendsen is the founding director of Cullaborate and a nationally recognised expert in workplace conflict resolution and Root Cause Analysis. She is the creator of the proprietary Root Cause Resolution (RCR) process and leads a national team of mediators and facilitators across corporate and government sectors.
Nicole brings decades of experience in workplace mediation, complaints management, dispute system design, team facilitation, and dispute resolution. Her career began in law and included senior roles including Deputy Chairperson of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal, manager of the Financial Services Complaints Resolution Scheme, and litigation lawyer at CBA.
At Cullaborate, Nicole oversees all projects – from workshop delivery to contract compliance – and regularly facilitates Root Cause Analysis sessions. She is a sought-after speaker on conflict resolution, complaints handling, and organisational culture.
