About

We are conflict resolution experts, specialising in Root Cause Analysis. We use Root Cause thinking across everything we do to facilitate lasting change and not just band aid surface issues. We resolve immediate conflict, and also empower individuals, managers and teams to build internal competence. When conflict arises in the workplace we don’t just react with ‘ambulance services’.
